Defcia is an international online retail platform offering a botanical collection including essential oils, carrier oils, and hydrosols under the Defne Essencia brand.

Prices & Payments
Product prices are displayed on defcia.com in the currency shown during your shopping experience. The price displayed during checkout, together with any applicable charges shown before payment, forms the purchase price of your order.
Payment must be successfully authorized through an available payment method before an order can be completed.

Orders

Shipping & Delivery
All Defcia orders are dispatched from Türkiye via DHL Express.
Defcia provides free worldwide shipping on orders placed through defcia.com, with no minimum order value required.
Orders are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the applicable DHL collection time, or when carrier collection is unavailable on weekends or public holidays, are handed to DHL Express on the next available business day.
DHL Express international shipments from Türkiye generally have an estimated transit time of 1–3 business days, depending on the destination and available DHL Express service.
International delivery times may vary according to destination and customs processing requirements.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, or other charges depending on the destination country.

Returns & Refunds
Defcia provides a 40-day return period from the date you receive your order.
For a standard return, products must remain unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
Because essential oils, carrier oils, and hydrosols are sealed botanical products, products that have been opened, used, or had their seal removed or broken are not eligible for a standard return unless there is a verified product or order issue.
Customers should contact support@defcia.com before returning a product so that the appropriate return instructions can be provided.
Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and reviewed.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
